EPISODE TEASER

Your inner world shapes your outer life. Things come from the inside and manifest on the outside. So, we need to do the work on the inside to manifest something different in the outside world. One of my core beliefs is that life is here to be enjoyed. I want to help you live life to the fullest, to embrace abundance.

Abundance can mean different things to different people. It might be an abundance of time, freedom, money, love—whatever it means to you, maybe even all of the above. We are here on Earth to enjoy life.

EPISODE SUMMARY

This episode is for anyone wondering if they’re in the right place—if the Inner Space is made for them. When I enter someone’s world, I like to quickly understand: Is this person aligned with me? How do they think? What’s their approach? Will they be able to help me? That’s the purpose of this episode.

If you’re unfamiliar with me, this episode is the ideal starting point. If you already know me, you’ll hear more about my approach, story, and beliefs. And if you’ve been with me for a while, I’m glad you’re still here listening. So, let’s get started. Maybe you’re here because your intuition brought you, and if that’s the case, fantastic! That’s already an excellent sign—you’re listening to your soul’s calling. And that’s the best confirmation you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

Perhaps someone recommended this podcast, and now you’re curious to learn more. If so, I’ll tell you everything you need to know.

EPISODE TRANSCRIPT

The Inner Space focuses on what’s happening in your inner world—that’s where my work begins. Often, when people come to me, they present external problems and seek external solutions. But true solutions are born from within. Let me explain.
Your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs shape your actions, which, in turn, influence the external world. When we focus solely on external actions without examining their roots, we risk planting seeds that won’t produce the results we want. Change must happen internally for it to flourish externally. People often identify outside issues—”I’m unhappy at work. Should I change jobs? My business isn’t succeeding; who should I hire?”—without considering the internal shifts needed to support those external changes.

When we only address the external side, we miss the deeper point. That’s why I named this podcast “The Inner Space.” It reflects my approach to working with clients.

I also chose the word “space” because it represents spaciousness—a key element I provide in my work.
Some of my clients tell me they’ve never experienced having this kind of space. In industries like coaching, therapy, self-development, or spirituality, the approach is often cookie-cutter: “Follow these three steps,” or “Do X, Y, and Z.” While this structure works in some cases, it doesn’t suit everyone. Particularly for my clients, who often need a more personalized, intuitive approach.
If there were a one-size-fits-all solution, we’d already be using it. But no—everyone is unique, and the people who come to me are often very different from the mainstream. That’s why my work dives deeply into who you are, so we can create the shifts you need from within.

TWO CORE PRINCIPLES

Two core principles underpin my work.

The first is embracing who you are. When you think, feel, or act differently from others, it can be incredibly challenging to accept yourself. Perhaps you’ve heard phrases like, “You’re too emotional,” “You’re too loud,” or “You’re too shy,” throughout your life. These messages can make you believe something is wrong with you, which makes self-acceptance feel nearly impossible.

This challenge also applies to gender expectations. For example, a woman acting in ways traditionally seen as masculine might face criticism, while a man expressing sensitivity may be told, “Men don’t cry.” Although societal norms are evolving, we still have a long way to go. This makes it even harder for those who don’t fit neatly into society’s boxes.

True self-acceptance takes time. It’s not about jumping from self-criticism to self-love overnight; it’s a gradual journey. I believe it’s one of the most rewarding paths you can take because, after all, you’re with yourself for your entire life.

The second principle is exploring your own unique way. Once you truly know and embrace yourself, you can start to create your path forward. Life is about movement, and we all have a distinct way of navigating it. If you’ve tried traditional approaches that didn’t work, it’s time to find what resonates with you.
Many of my clients have already done some personal development, whether through therapy, coaching, or self-actualization work. Despite these efforts, they often feel stuck because the methods they were taught didn’t align with their needs. This misalignment can happen in various areas of life, from school to work to business.

For instance, when I first started my entrepreneurial journey, I had no business background. I tried following advice from so-called experts, but their strategies didn’t work for me. This left me feeling like a failure. But the truth wasn’t that I couldn’t succeed; it was that the approach wasn’t right for me. Sometimes, you need to take several steps back and rethink the entire framework.

THE IMPORTANCE OF SPACE

This idea of finding your own way is central to why I chose the name “Inner Space.” Space doesn’t dictate a rigid path; it allows for exploration, freedom, and flexibility. Imagine lying in one corner of a room, then dancing in another. You’re free to move, to try, and to feel. My role is to hold this space for you, guiding you through your inner journey while giving you the freedom to discover what works for you.
Sometimes, this process can feel overwhelming. You might ask yourself, “What am I supposed to do? Am I doing this right?” That’s where I come in—to guide you, help you connect with yourself, and support you in navigating your journey. My approach works on multiple levels: mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

Mental Work

Your inner architecture—your thoughts and beliefs—creates the foundation of how you experience the world. Imagine your mind as a house, with walls built from beliefs. Some beliefs serve and protect you, but others can block you. When these walls feel like insurmountable barriers, it’s a sign that internal work is needed. Together, we’ll explore these structures, challenge limiting beliefs, and open up new possibilities.

Emotional Work

Emotions are like water; they need to flow. When emotions are suppressed or ignored, they stagnate, becoming walls just as solid as mental ones. Releasing and expressing emotions can feel liberating and is crucial for healing. For example, if you’ve been holding back tears because “you need to be strong,” that energy becomes trapped. Embracing your emotions is like allowing the waves of the ocean to move freely—restoring balance and vitality.

Energetic Work

Energy work comes into play when you feel stuck, even after addressing your thoughts and emotions. Sometimes, lingering attachments or blockages require deeper attention. By working with your energetic field, we can clear these obstacles and restore flow.
Spiritual Work
Spirituality, to me, is about finding meaning. When life feels heavy or stagnant, understanding the “why” behind your experiences can bring profound clarity and relief. This process is not about adhering to any specific belief system; it’s about uncovering the meaning that resonates most deeply with you.
