EPISODE TEASER

Here, I’m going to talk about the inner work, as it’s a significant part of what I do with my clients. It’s also crucial to understand why you might feel stuck in your business or why it’s not growing as you wish. This is the work we continuously need to focus on, as you’ll see when I share my story with you.

EPISODE SUMMARY

This session is for entrepreneurs facing beliefs that might hinder the creation or transformation of their business offerings. I had an insightful session with my own coach and healer. For those who don’t know me, I’ve been in business for five years. I started from scratch without any skills—no business studies or specific marketing courses.

I’ve built my business step by step, focusing on education and inner work. Inner work is a large part of what I do with my clients. It’s also why you might feel stuck in your business or why it might not be growing as you want. As you’ll see through my story, this is work we continuously need to engage in.

TRANSCRIPT

As I aim to shift certain things in my business, a side note: when I created my business, I thought I needed to decide what it would look like and what my offers would be. I believed I could create it once and it would last forever, evolving over time. That was my dream as a new business owner—that it would happen this way. For those of you in that stage, I will tell you, you will grow significantly, especially those of you who enjoy learning. Your business will evolve with you. So, don’t strive for a perfect offering, website, or communication; it’s never going to stay the same for many years. Allow yourself the space for creativity and improvement. That was my initial belief, or more accurately, my projection of how my business would be. Of course, that has evolved with experience, and I now realize this will not happen. I find myself once again wanting to give my business space to reflect and consider how I want to impact people and use my specific gifts to help others.

From a pragmatic, strategic perspective, you should look at what’s working and what’s not, both for you and your clients. Determine which offers work and which don’t. I’m at a stage where my time is limited, so I can’t base my offerings solely on one-on-one sessions. I’ve created a program that supports my clients’ growth even when they’re not with me, optimizing our sessions. I’m now exploring new offerings to ensure people benefit from my work. During a session with my support, I realized what was holding me back from creating something new: a belief, especially if you’re heart-oriented like me, that my work must have a transformative impact. I’ve been focused on clients’ growth and providing the best support.

A belief hindered me from creating new services or offers not reliant on one-on-one support because I feared not being able to provide the same transformation. In sessions, I can check clients’ progress and ensure their growth. I felt that if I changed my offering to include fewer one-on-one support options, the impact might lessen. This belief stopped me from creating offerings with the same or even greater impact than session-based ones. Today, I already do combinations with less presence from me, like an online presence. Some beliefs genuinely come from the heart.

For me, it was crucial to support clients’ growth and create transformations. I believed that might not happen if I’m not directly involved, impacting my business direction. As an entrepreneur, you must ensure your business works for you to sustain it. If this resonates with you, do you have beliefs limiting what services or offers you create due to fear of not having an impact? Are there other beliefs rooted in good intentions that may be limiting you?

Realizing this, I began focusing on how I can create impact without needing full control. I offer clients all the resources they need, but they ultimately must apply them. I know I can test offerings before launching and employ various strategies, but the focus is ultimately on impact.

I hope this was helpful and interesting, and I look forward to sharing more.
